A large foreign investor has decided to go wholeheartedly into the Danish insurance market. The new insurance company will be named "Insurenca". Analysis shows that, despite many competitors are still gains to be made.

Getting into the market.

Insurenca will follow industry rules and prices and want to find a gap in the market. They want to work with ESP and design, as they know that customers are looking for confirmation of their identity / ego in products and consumption.

The task is therefore to find an optimal positioning / identity / insight / narrative that can be used to move the market and based on this design a consistent CI.

Competitors & target groups.

When analyzing the market and competitors there appears a huge hole in the market about the age group 18-30 years.

With the 36% of young people up to 24 years without insurance, there is a large gap in the market and many potential customers.
